These terms apply to your use of kennedytimepieces.com, operated by Kennedy Timepieces, a DBA of Insights to Growth (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
The site is an informational catalog and a way to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and submitting a form does not create a binding agreement to buy, sell, or trade anything. A transaction exists only when we’ve agreed the specific terms with you in writing, or when you complete a purchase through one of the marketplaces where our listings are hosted.
Listings and pricing
We try to describe every watch accurately, including its condition, and to keep the catalog current. Even so, details can be wrong or out of date, a piece may sell before the page is updated, and prices change with the market. Where a watch is sold through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s listing, terms, and buyer protections govern the sale, not this website.
Offers on your watch
Any figure we give you for a watch is an estimate based on what you’ve described and shown us, and it’s subject to inspecting the actual watch. We may revise or withdraw it if the watch differs from the description, if it can’t be verified, or if the market moves. An estimate is not a contract to buy.
No brand affiliation
Kennedy Timepieces is an independent dealer. We are not an authorized dealer for, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rolex, Omega, Tudor, IWC, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Breitling, or any other manufacturer. Brand and model names appear here only to identify the goods we buy and sell, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Ownership and authenticity
We buy only from sellers who represent that they own the watch outright and have the right to sell it. By offering a watch to us you represent that this is true, that the watch is not stolen or subject to any lien, and that you have described it honestly. We verify what we can and we report what we’re required to report.
Not advice
Anything on this site about market values, investment potential, or what a watch might be worth later is our opinion and general information, not financial or investment advice. Watches are not an investment product and their value can fall. Make your own decisions and get professional advice where you need it.
Your conduct
Don’t use the site to send us anything false or misleading, don’t try to break or overload it, and don’t scrape or copy the catalog, photographs, or text for commercial use without our permission.
Our content
The text, design, logos, and our own photographs on this site belong to us. You may view and share links to them; you may not reproduce them for commercial purposes.

The catalog links to marketplaces such as Chrono24 and Grailzee. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
